Hours of status emails
One email per customer, per week, saying mostly the same thing as last week.
Update once. Every page follows.
Two people, two answers
A customer hears one date from the office and another from the site.
One page, one approved date.
Out of date on arrival
The email is wrong the moment something changes on Tuesday.
The page re-reads your tool.
See it for your kind of job.
Four sample customer pages. Approve work, move a date, see what stays private. Nothing is sent.

Why it worksfor client status updates.
Always current
Safe changes publish when your tool changes: instantly for Monday.com, within 30 minutes for sheets, Trello, Asana, and MCP tools.
Reviewed where it matters
Moved dates, blocks, and delivery claims wait for approval, with a sentence you can edit.
A record, not a thread
Every published update stays on the page, with corrections linked to what they fix.
Email only when it is worth it
Publishing does not email anyone by itself. Approving a change can email the customer: once per change, at most five a day per job, never 20:00–08:00 in their time zone.
Three steps.First link in about five minutes.
- 1
Add the job
Type it in, paste a sheet, or connect the tool you already use.
- 2
Send the link
One tap to WhatsApp or email. No app, no password.
- 3
Get your day back
Customers check, approve, and ask on their page.

See your own project as a customer page.
Bring a spreadsheet or project board you already use. On a 20-minute video call with the founder, we connect one real job and show you the page your customer would get.
- Google Sheet, Excel export, Monday.com, Trello, or Asana. Or just a list of steps.
- You see which columns publish and which stay private, before anything goes live.
- Pick a free slot in the calendar. Times shown are real availability.
Questions
Is every change emailed to my customer?
No. Changes update the page. An email goes out only when you approve a held change with the email box ticked, or post an update and choose to notify. Customers can switch emails off.
How fast does the page update?
Monday.com boards update right after a change. Google Sheets, CSV, Trello, Asana, and MCP tools are re-read every 30 minutes, or when you press “Sync from source now”.
