Refunds

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record. Paddle.com Market Ltd, Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London, EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom, or Paddle Payments Ltd, Core B, Block 71, The Plaza, Park West, Dublin 12, Ireland. Paddle handles the return on behalf of Infinity Consciousness Europe SIA.

• Once, founding price: €149. The later one-time price is €390.
• Monthly: €19, until you cancel.

There is no installment plan and no per-client surcharge. Paddle charges in the currency shown at checkout and issues the tax invoice.

Email hello@orbitcue.app within 30 days of the first payment, or ask Paddle, and the first payment is refunded in full. For the monthly plan that is the first month. Paddle pays it back to the original method and the refunded licence or subscription is deactivated.

An EU or EEA consumer may withdraw within 14 days of the order under Directive 2011/83/EU and the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law, without a reason. Paddle refunds what was paid.

• The refund goes to the original instrument: card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or the method Paddle accepted.
• Banks often take 3 to 10 business days to show the credit.
• Paddle issues a credit note against the tax invoice.
