Sound familiar?
“Any news on my order?”
Long lead times mean customers get nervous in week three, and email to check you still exist.
Workshop photos keep them calm.
The finish was never confirmed
A colour or finish agreed in passing turns into a remake when it arrives wrong.
They approve the finish on the page.
Delivery week roulette
A late part pushes delivery and the customer finds out the day before.
A moved date waits for your wording, then goes out.
Try it: a custom order page.
A made-to-order oak table. The customer watches it take shape, picks the finish, and knows the delivery week without emailing the workshop. Click around. Nothing is sent.

Waiting for your decision
Choose the finish: natural oil
Natural oil keeps the warm oak colour (left sample). Decline if you prefer white oil, which keeps the wood pale.

Create a page like this for your customers.
Free for 14 days, no card. Your first customer link takes about five minutes.
Why it worksfor makers and custom orders.

A photo from your phone shows the order taking shape, without a single email.
Choices with samples
Finish, colour, size: attach the sample photo and ask for a decision.
Honest progress
The progress bar counts only finished stages, never half-done work.
Material costs stay inside

Questions
Can I show several orders for the same customer?
Yes. Each order is its own project with its own link, and a customer can have several links.
Does the progress bar guess?
No. It appears only when every stage has a weight, and only finished stages count. A stage in progress adds nothing until it is marked done.
Can customers send me photos of their room or measurements?
Yes. Customers can send messages with photos or PDFs (up to 4 MB each) on their page. They arrive in your inbox, with the order.
