Terms of service

These terms are between you and Infinity Consciousness Europe SIA, registration number 50203642241, VAT LV50203642241, Vēja iela 4 – 2, Ādaži, Ādažu novads, LV-2164, Latvia (“we”), for the Orbit Signal website and workspace. By using them you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Orbit Signal publishes an allowlisted picture of a project from a board your team already uses. The client sees the phase, the next milestone, a date that is confirmed or honestly unconfirmed, and an action only when you published one. A date change, a block, a delivery claim, and a missing source row wait for a person unless you record an exception.

• It does not invoice your client, collect a signature, or proof a design.
• It does not replace Monday.com. A Monday subscription, if you use one, is yours to pay.
• A new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial and no card. When the trial ends, client pages stay readable for 14 more days and new projects are blocked until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.

The founding price is €149 once for a lifetime licence for the workspace. It applies to the first 100 workspaces that buy a lifetime licence. After that, the one-time price is €390. The monthly price is €19. There is no per-seat or per-client fee. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record. Paddle calculates and remits VAT and sales tax. An EU or UK business that gives a valid VAT number receives reverse-charge treatment where Directive 2006/112/EC or UK VATA 1994 allows it. Paddle issues the invoice. Opening a workspace does not start a charge. You pay only after you complete checkout.

The monthly plan renews until you cancel it in Paddle’s customer portal. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. A failed payment keeps the client portal open and blocks new projects.

A one-time licence is for as long as we run Orbit Signal. If we decide to stop running it, we will tell every workspace owner by email at least 90 days before the service ends, and owners can export their workspace, including every published page and update, until that date.

You may ask for a full refund of the first payment within 30 days of that payment, without giving a reason. Paddle returns it to the original payment method and the paid licence or that subscription period ends.

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, Directive 2011/83/EU and the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law give you 14 days from the order to withdraw, without a reason. Tell Paddle or us before the 14 days end. This sits alongside the 30-day guarantee, not instead of it.

You keep the project facts, files, and wording you publish. You give us permission only to store them, show the published snapshot to the clients you invite, and send the email you approve. You are responsible for having the right to publish what you map.

If you connect Monday.com, you use it under Monday.com’s own terms. We are not liable for a board change, rate limit, or suspension that Monday.com applies. A webhook is a signal to refetch. We do not treat the webhook body as the update.

The service is provided as available. To the extent Latvian and EU law allow, Infinity Consciousness Europe SIA disclaims warranties that the law does not require. Our total liability in a claim is limited to the amount you paid Paddle for Orbit Signal in the twelve months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. The courts of the Republic of Latvia have jurisdiction, without taking away rights a consumer has to sue at home. EU consumers can also use https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
