Garages and workshops
Extra work approved in a tap.Not after three missed calls.
Each car gets a private page: what is done, what you found, when it is ready. When you need a yes for extra work, the customer sees the photo and the price, and taps Approve.

Sound familiar?
“Is my car ready?”
The phone rings at the service desk all afternoon while the car sits finished in the yard.
The ready time is on their page.
Phone tag for a yes
You find worn brakes, call the customer, leave a voicemail, and the car blocks a lift until they call back.
Photo, price, Approve. In writing.
“I never agreed to that.”
A verbal OK on the phone is hard to prove when the invoice arrives.
Every approval is saved with the time.
Try it: a garage customer page.
The car is in the workshop. The customer sees what is done, when it is ready, and approves extra work with a tap instead of a phone call. Click around. Nothing is sent.

Create a page like this for your customers.
Free for 14 days, no card. Your first customer link takes about five minutes.
Why it worksfor garages and workshops.
A page per car, not an app
Send the link by WhatsApp, SMS, or email at check-in. The customer opens it in their browser.
Photos of what you found
Post the worn disc or the leaking hose from your phone, with one line of text.
Approvals with the price
Ask for a decision with the amount. The customer approves or declines; you see the answer in one inbox.
Confirmed by email code
When the link has the customer’s email, approvals are confirmed with a one-time code sent to it.
Internal notes stay inside
Parts costs, supplier notes, and margins are never published.
Your workshop’s brand
Your name, logo, colour, and service desk contact on every page.
Three steps.First link in about five minutes.
- 1
Add the job
Type it in, paste a sheet, or connect the tool you already use.
- 2
Send the link
One tap to WhatsApp or email. No app, no password.
- 3
Get your day back
Customers check, approve, and ask on their page.
Weighing it up against WhatsApp, status emails, or a shared sheet? See the comparisons
See your own project as a customer page.
Bring a spreadsheet or project board you already use. On a 20-minute video call with the founder, we connect one real job and show you the page your customer would get.
- Google Sheet, Excel export, Monday.com, Trello, or Asana. Or just a list of steps.
- You see which columns publish and which stay private, before anything goes live.
- Pick a free slot in the calendar. Times shown are real availability.
Questions
We don’t use any workshop software. Does it work?
Yes. Type the job steps straight into Signal, or keep them in a Google Sheet. Signal does not connect to dealer management systems directly; if yours can export to a sheet or works with Zapier, Make, or n8n, it can feed Signal.
Can the customer pay on the page?
No. Signal collects the approval in writing. Payment and invoices stay in your own system.
Does the customer need to download anything?
No. The page opens in any phone browser. They can add it to their home screen if they like.
