Sound familiar?
“When will you be finished?”
Asked by phone while you are on a ladder, three times a week, by every customer.
The handover date is on their page.
“The tiles are late.”
A supplier slips and you have to explain a new date, carefully, to someone already stressed.
The new date waits until you approve the wording.
“Did we agree on grey?”
Choices and extra work agreed in a WhatsApp thread nobody can find at the end of the job.
One tap to approve, saved with the time.
Try it: a renovation customer page.
A kitchen and bathroom job. The worktop is late, so the date has to move. The new date waits on the builder's side until they approve the wording. Click around. Nothing is sent.

Yes, the kitchen tap stays connected until the worktop goes in.

Create a page like this for your customers.
Free for 14 days, no card. Your first customer link takes about five minutes.
Why it worksfor renovation and trades.
Works from your sheet
Keep the job plan in Google Sheets, Excel, Trello, or type the steps into Signal. Signal only reads.
Site photos from your phone
Post a photo with one line. It lands on the customer’s page, in order, next to the step.
Delays never go out alone
A moved date or a blocked step waits for your OK. Until then the customer keeps the last approved date.
Choices in writing
Grout colour, an extra socket, a quote for more work: the customer approves on the page.
Costs and margins stay inside
Columns named like notes, costs, prices, or margins can never be shown.
One page per job, not per customer
Couples, landlords, and property managers can each get their own link to the same job.
Three steps.First link in about five minutes.
- 1
Add the job
Type it in, paste a sheet, or connect the tool you already use.
- 2
Send the link
One tap to WhatsApp or email. No app, no password.
- 3
Get your day back
Customers check, approve, and ask on their page.
Weighing it up against WhatsApp, status emails, or a shared sheet? See the comparisons
See your own project as a customer page.
Bring a spreadsheet or project board you already use. On a 20-minute video call with the founder, we connect one real job and show you the page your customer would get.
- Google Sheet, Excel export, Monday.com, Trello, or Asana. Or just a list of steps.
- You see which columns publish and which stay private, before anything goes live.
- Pick a free slot in the calendar. Times shown are real availability.
Questions
I keep my jobs in a spreadsheet. Does that work?
Yes. Paste the link to a Google Sheet (view access is enough) or a CSV export. Signal finds the step, status, and date columns and re-reads the sheet every 30 minutes.
What happens when a supplier is late?
Change the date in your sheet as usual. Signal holds the change in Approvals. You approve the sentence the customer reads, and you can tick a box to email them. Until you approve, they see the old date.
Can the customer see what I pay subcontractors?
No. Only the status, date, action, and file columns you map can appear. Columns named like notes, costs, prices, margins, budgets, or fees are refused.
