History, export, and deleting

History

History shows what Signal did and which emails went out or are waiting. Grants, mapping changes, approvals, publications, and exports are written to the audit log. Sent and held emails show in the mailbox log.

Export and delete

On the Audit page, owners and admins can download the whole workspace as JSON. Only the owner can delete it. Deletion removes tenant data and keeps only a record that it was deleted.

Deleting cannot be undone. Export first.
