Customer links: WhatsApp, text, email
One private link per customer. No app, no password. Switch it off any time.
Create a link
- Open Customers and choose the job.
- Add the customer’s name and their language. Email and mobile number are optional.
- Press “Create link”.
Send it
- WhatsApp: opens your own WhatsApp with a ready greeting in the customer’s language.
- Email: opens your mail app with the same greeting.
- Copy: paste the link into a text message or anywhere else.
Switch a link off
Press “Switch off” next to the link. The page closes at once, along with every file link on it.
“Tell all customers something at once” posts one announcement to every customer page, for example holiday hours.
