To check: held changes
Sensitive changes wait for a person. You approve the wording, then it publishes.
What waits
- A changed date.
- A blocked or stuck step.
- A delivery claim, such as “delivered” or “installed”.
- A step that disappeared from the source.
Everything else publishes on its own. The first confirmed picture of a project publishes without an email.
Send or keep back
- Open To check and read the change.
- Edit what the customer will read, if you like. Add a note to yourself.
- Tick “Also email the customer” if they should be told.
- Press “Send to customer” to publish. “Keep it back” drops it: nothing changes, nothing is sent.
Who can approve
Owners, admins, and managers. Viewers can see the queue but not act on it.
