Desk: talk, get to-dos and drafts

How it works

1. 1Open To-dos and press the microphone. Or type.
2. 2Say what needs doing, the way you would to a colleague.
3. 3Signal turns it into to-dos and drafts the emails, in your customer’s language.
4. 4Read each draft under “Emails to approve”. Edit it, ask for a rewrite, approve and send, or discard it.

Nothing is sent until you approve it. Approved emails go from your own mailbox.

Browsers

Voice works in Chrome, Edge, and Safari. In other browsers you can type.

Languages

The Desk writes in more than 30 languages. Pick the language you speak to the microphone in under To-dos settings.

Your own AI key

The writing assistant runs on your own Anthropic account, so you pay Anthropic directly for what you use and nothing extra to us. The owner or an admin creates a key at console.anthropic.com and pastes it under To-dos settings. It is stored encrypted. Without a key, the to-do board still works.
