What a project is

One job, order, or build that a customer follows. Each step has a name, a status, a date, and optionally something the customer needs to do.

Create one

1. 1Open Jobs and choose “Right here in Signal”.
2. 2Name the job and press “Create and add steps”.
3. 3Add each step with its status and date.
4. 4Change a status when the work moves. The customer page follows.

Updates, photos, and corrections

On the project page you can post an update with photos or PDFs. You wrote it, so it publishes straight away. Tick the box to also tell the customer by email or WhatsApp.

Published something wrong? Use “Post a correction”. It is tied to the update it fixes, and the customer sees both.
