The board

Cards move through New, To do, Doing, Waiting, and Done. Add one with “New to-do”, or let the Desk create them from what you said.

Your inbox

Press “Get new emails”. Signal reads the last week of your mailbox and adds each new email as a card in New. Mail already on the board is skipped. From a card, ask the Desk to draft a reply.

Signal reads only when you press the button, and sends only what you approve.
