The fixes for what usually goes wrong.
A change does not show on the customer page
Look under To check: date moves, blocks, delivery claims, and missing rows wait there. If the mapping changed, automatic updates pause until someone presses “Sync from source now” on the job.
A status shows “awaiting confirmation”
That label is not mapped yet. Open the project’s mapping, set what the label means, and press “Save and sync”.
I cannot choose a column
Its name looks internal (notes, cost, price, and similar). Rename the column in your tool if the guess is wrong.
The Google Sheet will not sync
Share it as “anyone with the link can view”, and make sure the first row has a name column and a Status column.
A connection says “Needs reconnecting”
Open Connected tools and press Reconnect. Customer pages keep their last picture meanwhile.
The microphone does nothing
Use Chrome, Edge, or Safari and allow microphone access when the browser asks. You can always type instead.
