What your customer sees, and what they can do there.
What it shows
- Where the job stands and what comes next.
- Dates, or “Not yet confirmed” when there is none.
- Updates, photos, and files you published.
- Anything waiting for the customer’s answer.
What the customer can do
- Approve or decline what you asked for. With an email on file, they confirm with a six-digit code.
- Ask a question or send photos.
- Choose English, German, or Latvian, and stop update emails.
Accounts with a password
Rarely needed. Under Customers, “Customer logins with a password” sends an invite. The customer then signs in to see all their projects in one place.
The page reads a published copy, never your board. Internal notes and prices cannot reach it.
