The idea
Your customer gets one private link for their job. The page shows where it stands, what is next, when, photos and files, and anything you need from them. It updates when the job does.
Where the steps come from
- Typed straight into Signal. No other tool needed.
- A Google Sheet or CSV link.
- Monday.com, Trello, or Asana.
- Any tool with an MCP server, directly or through Zapier, Make, or n8n.
What waits for you
A moved date, a blocked step, a delivery claim, or a step that disappeared waits for you under To check. Everything else publishes on its own. Customers never see your internal notes, costs, or prices.
Signal only reads your tools. It never edits a board, sheet, or task.
