Which tools

Trello, Asana, Linear, Jira, ClickUp, Notion, Airtable, Smartsheet, Wrike, Teamwork, and GitHub Issues connect with a key. Monday.com connects with a sign-in. Google Sheets needs no connection at all: paste the link when you add a job. Anything else connects through MCP.

How

1. 1Open Connected tools and tap your tool.
2. 2Follow the three steps on the tile. The button takes you straight to the right page in your tool.
3. 3Paste the key and press Connect. Signal checks it straight away.
4. 4Add a job and pick the project, list, board, or database it lives in.

What customers see

Each task, issue, card, or row becomes a step, in order. Done items show as done, and due dates are the dates. Descriptions, comments, assignees, and anything that looks like a price or a note stay private.

Signal only reads. Keys are stored encrypted, and you can disconnect any time.

Notion and Airtable

In Notion, also add the integration to your jobs database (••• → Connections). In Airtable, give the token the scopes data.records:read and schema.bases:read. Signal finds the title, the Status, and the date columns by themselves.
